How fit do I need to be?
Our workshops are of a low to medium fitness level. Please contact us if you have any questions.
How many people to a workshop?
We have a maximum of 7 participants per workshop.
Can you accommodate to dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking.
Are there any age restrictions for participants?
Participants must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit, but participants should be in good health to enjoy the workshops fully.
Can I bring a friend or family member who is not participating in the workshop?
Due to limited space and resources, only registered participants are allowed on the workshop. However, do ask at the time of your booking as we may be able to accommodate.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Contact us in writing, and refunds will be processed based on the policy.
Can I participate if I'm a beginner?
Yes, our workshops cater to photographers of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced photographer, you'll find the workshops engaging and informative.
How much photography experience do I need?
While some basic knowledge of photography is beneficial, our workshops are designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of experience. Beginners will receive guidance, and advanced photographers can explore advanced techniques.
Are there any opportunities for one-to-one instruction?
Yes, there will be opportunities for one-on-one instruction. Our experienced workshop leaders will provide personalised guidance based on your skill level and interests.
Can I rent equipment of you?
Unfortunately, we do not provide equipment rental services. Participants must bring their own photography equipment.
Do I need to bring my own photography equipment?
Participants are required to bring their own photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and any additional gear specified in the equipment list.
How do I book a workshop?
To book a workshop, visit our website, select your preferred workshop, and complete the online contact form. We will then get in touch with you. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.
What camera gear will I need?
You will need a mirrorless or DSLR camera, a wide-angle lens (e.g., 16-35mm, 24-70mm, and optionally a 70-200mm for full frame or equivalent for crop sensor cameras), a sturdy tripod, filters if you use them, a rain sleeve for your camera, cleaning cloths, air blower, battery chargers, spare batteries, and memory cards.
Are flights included?
No, we do not cover flights.
Should I have travel insurance?
Yes, you should have your own travel and health insurance.
What happens if there are adverse weather conditions?
In case of extreme weather conditions affecting the workshop, we will prioritise safety. Participants will be informed, and alternative arrangements or rescheduling may occur.
Are your workshops suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely! Many participants join our workshops as solo travellers. It's a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and share the photography experience.
